Here's everything you need to know about earning and using yuu Points when you travel with Sindo Ferry.
Scan our dedicated QR code below to download the yuu app and register with a Singapore mobile number.
Then open the Sindo Ferry app → Profile → Link your yuu account, tap the QR code, and you'll be redirected to your yuu app to finish linking.
Link your yuu ID to your Sindo Ferry account (app or website). Once linked, you'll earn points automatically for every booking (min spend S$30).
Booking at our counters? Log in to your yuu app, tap yuu ID, and flash your QR code to our staff before payment.
Note: It may take up to 14 days for your points to appear in your yuu app, and they might not show up in exact order of travel — but don't worry, they'll be there soon!

There are two easy ways:
1. Redeem vouchers in the yuu app — exchange your points for a Sindo Ferry voucher, then apply the code at checkout on the Sindo Ferry app or website. (yuu vouchers cannot be used at the counter.)
2. Pay directly with yuu Points — before confirming your booking in the Sindo Ferry app, you can use a minimum of 600 points to save instantly. Make sure your yuu account is linked to your Sindo Ferry account.

Just flash your yuu QR code to our customer service team and we'll retrieve your points balance and help you pay directly with points.
Note: Bookings paid fully or partially with yuu Points are non-refundable.
Open the yuu app — your balance appears at the top of the screen. Tap it to see your full transaction history.
Points are added within 14 days after each successful booking.
