IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL PASSENGERS
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING FARE RULES CAREFULLY. THESE RULES FORM PART OF THE PASSAGE CONTRACT AND GOVERN THE APPLICATION OF FARES, CHARGES, TAXES AND ANY APPLICABLE SURCHARGES FOR TRAVEL ON SINDO FERRY SERVICES.
SINDO Ferry offers the Regular Economy fare type. The rules below outline the key conditions that apply.

| Miss check-in deadline or fail to board or no-show | NOT ALLOWED Non-refundable or loss of fare and surcharge. Check your itinerary for strict check-in and boarding times. |
| Time/Date change | ALLOWED Up to 72 hours before scheduled departure time and it's subject to ticket validity, seat availability and fare difference. Amendment fee of SGD3 per passenger and per sector applies |
| Name change | NOT ALLOWED Ticket is not transferable. |
| Destination change | ALLOWED Provided the new ticket value is equal or lower than the original value and subject to SGD3 amendment fee per passenger and per sector and no refund/credits for the difference in fare. |
| Cancellations | NOT ALLOWED |
| Refund | NOT ALLOWED Failure to check in or no-show or failure to board the ferry will result in loss of the fare and surcharge. However, passengers are entitled to apply for a refund of the terminal fee(s) paid. |
| Ticket validity | 3 months from the date of first departure. |
