CNY INSTANT LUCKY DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following requirements must be met to qualify for “CNY INSTANT LUCKY DRAW”

1)      Purchase a two-way (return) ADULT ticket to Batam/Tg. Balai/Tg. Pinang at

a)      SINDO FERRY SALES COUNTERS located HARBOURFRONT CENTRE #03-43 or TANAH MERAH FERRY TERMINAL #01-25, or

b)      Online booking site at www.sindoferry.com.sg

2)      If you purchase tickets from SINDO FERRY SALES COUNTER (clause 1a) – please present original POS system generated receipt, international passports and valid telephone number/email address in person at SINDO FERRY COUNTERS to redeem your scratch card(s) on the same day.

3)      If you purchase tickets from our website (clause 1b) – please present your original e-boarding pass, international passport and valid telephone number/email address in person at SINDO FERRY COUNTER to redeem your scratch card(s).  Scratch card(s) must be redeemed on the  day of departure (from Singapore) which is stated on your latest boarding pass.

4)      Lucky Draw period runs from 9^th Jan 2017 to 31^st Jan 2017 and subject to scratch cards availability.

5)      The Lucky draw is open to all nationalities above 17 years old who meet all the conditions stated in these terms and conditions.

6)      One (1) piece of two way (return) adult ticket entitles the participant to ONE (1) chance in the Lucky draw or ONE (1) scratch card

7)      Collection of scratch card(s) must be done on the day as stated on the receipt or on departure date if purchased through Sindo Ferry online website as stated in clause 1b and 3.  Prize(s) must be claimed by the date stated on the scratch card at one of the following locations an during the counter operating hours:

Operating hours :     0640hrs to 2120hrs (SG time)            

                                    Monday to Sunday      

                                    TANAH MERAH FERRY TERMINAL #01-25

                                    0800hrs to 1750hrs    (SG time)

                                     Monday to Sunday

8)      Receipts that are stamped “redeemed” cannot be re-used.

9)      Credit card/NETS charge slip, hand written, duplicate or re-print receipt(s) will not be accepted for redemption.

10)   Tampered, illegible, damaged, duplicate, photocopy scratch cards will not be accepted for prize redemption.

11)    If the receipt is eligible for more than one chance or one scratch card, customer must redeem all the draws or scratch cards at the same time.  Otherwise, all unredeemed draws or scratch cards will be forfeited and no more Lucky draw will be entertained after the receipt is stamped.

12)   Customer cannot redraw the prize or exchange for other prizes.

13)   Prize(s) must be accepted as provided, not transferrable or exchangeable for cash/other items and subject to the terms and conditions set by SINDO FERRY.  The winner must produce identification upon collection of prize(s) within the stipulated period.  Prizes not collected will be                forfeited and donated to charity.

14)   PRIZES for the LUCKY DRAW including their terms and conditions are as follows:

15)   Employees and immediate family members of SINDO FERRY and vendors, contractors or partners or any other individuals directly involved or connected to the Lucky Draw including their affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors and immediate family members and/or relatives living in the same households are not allowed to participate in this Lucky Draw.

16)   SINDO FERRY reserves the right to void an entry or disqualify a participant at their sole discretion.

17)   Sindo Ferry may, at its sole discretion, substitute or replace the prizes with any other prize of equal or similar value, amend any of these terms and conditions and cancel/postpones the draw at any time without prior notice.

18)   By participating in the Lucky Draw, participants agree to be bound by the official terms and conditions and decision of SINDO FERRY.  Any personal information submitted may be used for the purpose of the publicity of the Lucky Draw.

19)   All prizes which remain unclaimed by stated date and time, for any reason whatsoever, may be donated to a charity chosen at the sole discretion of SINDO FERRY and no resulting claims whatsoever (whether to prize, payment or compensation) shall be entertained.

20)   SINDO FERRY reserves the right to use, display, reproduce, publish, adapt, and/or modify the pictures and photographs of the participants taken in relation to or in connection with or arising from the Lucky Draws, for publicity, advertising and promotional purposes, including but not limited to that of the Lucky Draws’, in any manner that SINDO FERRY deems appropriate.

21)   SINDO FERRY shall have the right to disclose and publish the name and any other particulars of all or any winners for publicity purposes and winners shall consent, co-operate and participate fully in the activities organised by SINDO FERRY for such purposes, without any payment, fee or compensation whatsoever.  If a winner has collected a prize but does not comply with these obligations, he shall be required to return the prize to SINDO FERRY.

22)   By participating in the Lucky Draws and redeeming the prizes, each participant agrees that any and all personal data submitted may be collected, used and/or disclosed by SINDO FERRY and its related entities for the following purposes:

a)      Communications with the Participant for purposes related to the Lucky draws; and

b)      Such other purposes as SINDO FERRY may reasonably deem appropriate, or in relation to which the participant has otherwise provided SINDO FERRY with consent.

23)   All Participants in the Lucky Draws agree that neither SINDO FERRY nor their affiliates, employees, directors, officers, agents and/or assignees shall be liable in any way for, and shall be indemnified, released, discharged and held harmless, fully and effectively, by each Participant against and from any and all claims by any Participants or third party for:

a)      Slander, libel, defamation, violation of rights or privacy, publicity, and/or civil rights, depiction in a false light, intentional or negligent infliction of emotional distress, copyright infringement, and/or any other tort and damages arising from or in any way related to their participation           in the Lucky Draws;

b)      All injuries, losses or damages to property or person of any kind, including death, claims,  actions, proceedings and other liability arising out of or caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes or participation in the             Lucky Draws;

c)       Any lost, late, mechanically duplicated, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, tampered, damaged, corrupted or misdirected receipts and/or scratch cards; and

d)      Any losses, costs, expenses, fees or damages incurred by the Participants arising out of or in connection with the Lucky Draws or any activity related thereto, including without limitation, any breakdown or malfunction of any computer system or equipment

24)   In the event of any dispute, decisions made by SINDO FERRY will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
