Accounts Officer (Contract – 1 year)

Job Summary:

  • Location – North South
  • Min. Education Level – Diploma.
  • Field of Study – Accountancy, Finance.
  • Years of Experiences – min. 2 years.
  • Skills – Communications, Accounting, MS Excel intermediate level and MYOB (preferable)

Job Descriptions:

Accounts Receivables

  • Process and prepare daily/monthly billing/invoicing.
  • Process and posting of AR receipts on a weekly basis.
  • Process and prepare daily Income audit.
  • Filing of documents.

Accounts Payables

  • Process and preparation of payments to Vendors.
  • Data entry of invoices from various vendors.
  • Filing of documents.

Others

  • Process and preparation of payments to Vendors.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • A hands-on person who is meticulous and able to work independently

Admin Assistant (Permanent)

Job Descriptions:

Tickets and Manifest Report

  • Ensure the manifest report and tickets submitted by counters are received.
  • Preparation of records from various parties for manifest checking.
  • Ensure tickets are scanned into the system by counters on a weekly basis.
  • Reconcile any discrepancy on the manifest records and ticket scanning data.
  • Packing of manifest and tickets for storage purposes.

Others

  • Procurement of Office Stationery etc.
  • Filing of documents.
  • Any other ad-hoc issues/cases assigned by immediate superior.
  • Job rotation would be required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma (any field)
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • A hands-on person who is meticulous and able to work independently
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to commence work immediately or within short period.

Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

  • Handling of counter sales, issue of customer boarding passes and check- in
  • Handling of phone, fax, and email reservation .
  • Attend customer enquiry.
  • Any other assignment(s) as directed.

Requirements:

  • GCE “N” level and above
  • No work experience required
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Have a pleasant and positive attitude
  • 6 day work week, weekend (include Public Holiday) and shift work required

Web developer

Job Description:

  • Able to maintain, expand and scale our website
  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
  • Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
  • Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
  • Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
  • Create and maintain software documentation.
  • Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
  • Able to create designs and layouts 

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS
  • Strong knowledge of PHP web framework
  • Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming
  • Understanding accessibility and security compliance
  • Familiarity with SQL/MySQL database
  • Knowledge of Graphical design software such as Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of IOS and android mobile development is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CMS such as drupal and other open source CMS

Job Description:

  • Conceptualise new marketing material
  • Support the Marketing & Communication team with creative content
  • Design/produce marketing materials such as promotional items, merchandises, e-banner, posters, flyers etc.
  • Develop and enhance website layout and identify
  • Offer new ideas concepts clearly and effectively

Requirements:

  • Must have a great working knowledge of the Adobe package: Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (flash knowledge will be beneficial)
  • Photography skill is a plus
  • Creative – must have artistic flair and have an eye for design
  • Self motivated – must be able to work unsupervised
  • Great attention to details
  • Work Location: Batam, Indonesia
  • Required languages : Bahasa Indonesia and English

Operations Executive

Job Description:

  • Assist Operations Manager in any requested ad-hoc duties/ special projects
  • Handle customers enquiries
  • Assist in coordinating the process of in logistic issues for the chartering services/ operational issues/ purchase of the items for the operational vessels
  • Assist Technical Manager in monitoring the technical condition of operating vessels
  • Liaise with Fleet department for the progress of repairs for the vessels and to ensure crews’ certificates are up to date.
  • Monitor / liaise with fuel supply for the operational vessels
  • Coordinate with government agencies and terminal operator for any Security issues of the operating vessels within the restricted vicinities
  • Maintaining Crew Disciplinary
  • Checking the cleanliness & ensure the customer services standard of the vessels by inspection
  • To monitor, arrange and supply vessel provisions
  • Overall In-charge of vessels’ departure / arrival to the destination. 
  • To improve & enhance the current operation & documentation procedure
  • Ensure smooth operations matters, comply to the company Standard Operating Procedure
  • Ensure ferry schedule meet in time & amends of ferry schedule if any urgent issues arise
  • Travel overseas as and when required

Requirements:

  • Anyone who is interested to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
  • Training will be provided
  • Self motivated – must be able to work unsupervised
  • Work location – Harbourfront Centre, Singapore
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Able to converse in Bahasa Indonesia or Melayu is a plus
