Passenger Check-in


Counter check-in is available for booking made online and tickets purchased from our ticketing counter and authorised agents. Please go to the ferry terminal and present the following to obtain your boarding pass:

  1. Booking confirmation or valid ferry ticket
  2. Valid travel documents / passport with 6 months validity
  3. Valid VISA to your destination country
  4. Re-entry visa to Singapore (if applicable)

Please note that failure to produce any of  the above documents may result to immigration authorities refusing travel.

Counter check-in is available from 3 months up to 1 hour prior to departure time.

After collecting your boarding pass, please proceed to immigration check point at least 30 minutes before departure.



Passengers are strongly encouraged to collect their boarding pass as early as possible (at least 90 minutes before ferry departure time) during weekend, public holidays, school holidays and eve of public holidays.

Passengers must check and ensure that they are issued with the correct boarding pass and their travel documents are in order before leaving the check-in counter.



If you have made an online booking, you can now self check-in for flexibility and convenience. Web check-in is available 3months up to 2 hours before scheduled time of departure.

Passengers who made their booking online can now choose to check-in online from the comfort of your home and office. Please remember to print your boarding pass.

Web Check-In IS NOT Available For:

  1. Bookings that require special assistance such as wheel chair, unaccompanied minors, medical conditions/illnesses etc.
  2. Bookings with an outstanding balance owing
