Dear Valued Passengers,
Starting 15 July 2026, Sindo Ferry's HarbourFront Centre services (including the ticket counter and immigration clearance) will be relocated to the new HarbourFront Ferry Terminal.
Rest assured, our ferry schedules remain unchanged. Sindo Ferry services at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal will continue to operate as usual.
This relocation is part of the port's development initiative to provide passengers with a more comfortable, seamless, and improved travel experience.
Our interlining partner is relocating to the new terminal earlier than us, on 7 July 2026. If you book through Sindo Ferry but have selected an interlining trip during this period (7–14 July 2026), please note that check-in and boarding pass collection will remain at the Sindo Ferry Counter at the existing HarbourFront Centre Ferry Terminal.
After check-in, passengers may proceed to the new HarbourFront Ferry Terminal for departure.
