IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PASSENGERS

INCREASE IN BATAM TERMINAL FEE (“TERMINAL FEE”) FROM IDR65,000 TO IDR100,000 PER PASSENGER

Dear Valued Passengers,

We have been notified by Badan Pengusahaan Batam (“BP Batam”) that they will be increasing their regulated tariffs on passenger-related charges from IDR65,000 to IDR100,000 per passenger from 1 September 2023.

This tariff hike by BP Batam will apply to all ferry departures from Batam.

From 1 September 2023, we will be revising our ferry ticket prices to incorporate BP Batam's latest tariff hike.
