It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport, pre-departure testings (if applicable), travel insurance with covid-19 add on (if applicable) and travelling documents (visas etc.) and comply with the entry, exit, transit or other requirements of the countries they are travelling to.
Passengers may be refused entry into a country if they do not possess the required travel documents. Sindo Ferry will not be liable in any way for any consequences arising out of your not having the required or valid travel documents.
Passport
Your passport or travelling document must be valid at least six (6) months after the date of entry.
Visa

Important Notice: You are only allowed to stay in Indonesia for up to 30 days without visa and for leisure purpose only. If you are going to Indonesia for business purpose, you are advised to apply for a business visa.

Singapore Permanent Residents (Blue IC holders) from countries eligible for Visa on Arrival (VOA) are now exempt from obtaining a VOA when visiting Batam, Bintan, and Balai Karimun, Indonesia. This exemption allows eligible travelers to stay for up to 4 days, counted from the day of entry.
Conditions:
This exemption is in accordance with the Ministerial Decree M.HH-1.GR.01.07 and Presidential Regulation No. 95 of 2024 concerning Free Visit Visa regulations. For further information, travelers are advised to consult the Indonesian Embassy.
