Accounts Officer 

Job Summary:

  • Location – North South
  • Min. Education Level – Diploma.
  • Field of Study – Accountancy, Finance.
  • Years of Experiences – min. 2 years.
  • Skills – Communications, Accounting, MS Excel intermediate level and MYOB (preferable)

Job Descriptions:

1) Accounts Receivables

  • Process and prepare daily/monthly billing/invoicing.
  • Process and posting of AR receipts on a weekly basis.
  • Process and prepare daily Income audit.
  • Filing of documents.

2) Accounts Payables

  • Process and preparation of payments to Vendors.
  • Data entry of invoices from various vendors.
  • Filing of documents.

3) Others

  • Process and preparation of payments to Vendors.
  • Data entry of invoices from various vendors.
  • Filing of documents.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • A hands-on person who is meticulous and able to work independently
  • Proficient in MYOB Accounting software and MS Excel
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to commence work immediately

Customer Service Officer (Singapore)

Job Description:

  • Handling of counter sales, issue of customer boarding passes and check- in
  • Handling of phone, fax, and email reservation .
  • Attend customer enquiry.
  • Any other assignment(s) as directed.

Requirements:

  • GCE “N” level and above
  • No work experience required
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Have a pleasant and positive attitude
  • 6 day work week, weekend (include Public Holiday) and shift work required

Backend Developer

Job Description:

  • Assist in planning, designing and developing backend web applications.
  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration of backend functionalities.
  • Participate in project planning and software design discussions with the team.
  • Troubleshoot and debug appication issues with guidance from senior developers.
  • Create and maintain software documentation.
  • Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
  • Contribute to the continous improvement of the development process within the team.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Bacherlor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Proven 3-5 years experience in backend development.
  • Familiarity with .NET (C#) & Microsoft SQL server
  • Familiarity with .Java & NextJs is a plus.
  • Experience with Reporting Tools and Queries.
  • Knowledge with front end development using ReactJs or React-Native.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of IOS and android mobile development is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work Location: Batam, Indonesia.
  • Required languages : Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Travelling to Singapore will be required.

Job Description:

  • Meet clients and pitch for products and services as per clients' needs
  • Build and maintain excellent relationship with clients (travel agents and corporates).
  • Involved in promotion activities such as company or industry exhibition and travel booth.
  • Achieve monthly sales target.
  • Handling enquiries and feedback.
  • Capable of identiying of new market or new clients for our products and services.
  • Travel overseas as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Max 35 years old
  • Anyone who is interested to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
  • Strong sales ability and go-getter personality
  • Self motivated – must be able to work unsupervised
  • Work location – Batam, Indonesia
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
