Physical prizes are redeemable only in Batam, Indonesia. Ferry travel to and from Batam, passport and visa requirements, transport, meals, travel insurance and all other costs of redeeming a prize are the winner's sole responsibility. No cash alternative, ferry ticket or travel allowance is provided. Where prizes are unclaimed, the Campaign Organisers may roll the prize into a later draw or leave it unawarded. 2(a), 2(d)

2 How to Qualify

a.Complete your Sindo Ferry booking and purchase yuu Ferry Protect in the same transaction during the Campaign Period, through either the Sindo Ferry website and/or app, or a Sindo Ferry Singapore ticketing counter. A valid yuu ID must be provided at the time of purchase.

b.You must also: be a registered yuu Rewards member and give a valid yuu ID at booking; purchase yuu Ferry Protect for at least one eligible traveller in that booking; and provide a valid email address and a Singapore mobile number beginning +65, remaining contactable on those details.

c.Cancelled, refunded, voided or otherwise unsuccessful bookings and/or yuu Ferry Protect purchases do not qualify.

d.Members are responsible for the accuracy of the yuu ID and contact details given. Entries that are invalid, incomplete, inaccurate or cannot be matched to a valid yuu Rewards account will be disqualified.

e.The Campaign Organisers may verify any Member's eligibility and disqualify any Member or entry that does not meet these requirements or is suspected to be fraudulent, duplicated, manipulated or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms.

3 Draw Dates & Your Chances

You earn one (1) Lucky Draw chance for each day you purchase yuu Ferry Protect. Several purchases on the same yuu ID on the same day still count as one chance, however many travellers are covered. 5(a)

Each draw includes every eligible chance accumulated from the start of the Campaign to the end of that qualifying period, excluding Members who have already won. Chances carry forward if you are not selected — but each Member may only win once, and is excluded from later draws thereafter. 5(b), 5(c)

4 How Winners Are Selected

a.Winners are selected at random from all eligible chances accumulated by the end of each qualifying period, excluding Members already selected in an earlier draw.

b.yuu Rewards conducts the Lucky Draws and coordinates with Sindo Ferry on fulfilment of the applicable prizes.

5 If You Win

a.Sindo Ferry will contact you using the details given in your booking, within three (3) days after winners are announced on the yuu Rewards Facebook and/or Instagram Stories.

b.You will receive instructions on how to acknowledge and claim your prize.

c.Winners are responsible for the accuracy of their contact details. If notification is unsuccessful or undeliverable, the Campaign Organisers are not obliged to make further attempts.

d.Failing to acknowledge by the deadline stated in the notification forfeits the prize, without liability on the part of the Campaign Organisers.

e.Where a prize is forfeited, the Campaign Organisers may at their discretion select a replacement winner or otherwise deal with the unclaimed prize as they deem appropriate.

f.Sindo Ferry manages fulfilment of the Grand Mercure Batam Centre, Dino's Gate, Tiara Mustika Spa and Cotton Layer Cake prizes.

g.Physical prizes may be subject to the prize partner's own terms, validity periods, reservation requirements, availability and other redemption conditions, which winners must comply with.

h.yuu Rewards credits the 2,000 yuu Points to the yuu Account linked to the yuu ID used for the qualifying purchase, and notifies you once the points are credited. yuu Points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 7(h)–(j)

6 Your Personal Data

By participating, Members consent to their personal data — including yuu ID and relevant contact, booking and transaction information — being collected, used and disclosed between the Campaign Organisers where reasonably necessary to: 8(a)

verify eligibility for the Campaign;

administer and conduct the Lucky Draws;

contact and verify winners;

fulfil the prizes and credit yuu Points;

administer, publicise and report on the Campaign.

Each Campaign Organiser collects, uses and discloses personal data in accordance with its applicable privacy policy and applicable laws. Members are responsible for ensuring the personal data they provide is accurate and complete. 8(b), 8(c)

7 General Terms

a.Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other rewards, unless otherwise stated by the Campaign Organisers.

b.The Campaign Organisers make no representation or warranty as to the quality, suitability or availability of goods or services provided by third-party prize partners. Issues relating to the use or redemption of such prizes should be raised with the relevant provider, subject to applicable law.

c.The Campaign Organisers may verify the eligibility of any Member or winner before awarding a prize.

d.The Campaign Organisers may amend, suspend or terminate the Campaign, its mechanics, draw dates, prizes and/or these Terms where reasonably necessary, without prior notice.

e.Where a stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond their reasonable control, the Campaign Organisers may substitute a prize of similar value.

f.In the event of inconsistency between these Terms and any advertising, publicity or promotional material relating to the Campaign, these Terms prevail.

g.In the event of any dispute relating to the Campaign or Lucky Draw, the decision of the Campaign Organisers is final, subject to applicable law.

h.These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Campaign.

8 Limitation of Liability

a.Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the liability of the Campaign Organisers for death or personal injury caused by their negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

b.Subject to 10(a), the Campaign Organisers are not liable for: (i) any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense arising from participation in the Campaign or from the acceptance, redemption or use of any prize; (ii) any act, omission, default or insolvency of any prize partner or other third-party supplier; (iii) any failure, delay, interruption or error affecting the yuu App, the Sindo Ferry website or app, or any network, system or payment service, which prevents or delays a booking, purchase, entry, notification or the crediting of yuu Points; or (iv) any indirect, special or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or goodwill.

c.Subject to 10(a), the aggregate liability of the Campaign Organisers to any Member in connection with the Campaign will not exceed the value of the prize to which that Member was entitled, or S$1,000 where no prize was awarded.

d.Each winner accepts their prize at their own risk and is responsible for satisfying themselves as to their fitness to use or take part in any prize experience, including any spa treatment or attraction, and for holding valid travel documents and appropriate travel insurance.

e.Winners are responsible for any tax, duty, levy or other charge arising in connection with a prize.

The “yuu Ferry Protect & Win” Lucky Draw Campaign is jointly managed by yuu Rewards and Sindo Ferry (the “Campaign Organisers”). yuu Ferry Protect is an insurance product underwritten by Great Eastern General Insurance and is subject to the applicable policy terms, conditions and exclusions. By participating, Members agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
